Great Coastside ShakeOut

The Great Coastside ShakeOut is our annual emergency preparedness exercise conducted with agencies and neighborhoods all along the coastside and surrounding areas. It is scheduled in Fall of each year in solidarity with international ShakeOut drills including the Great California ShakeOut. While many Great ShakeOut exercises happen on the Thursday 10/17 anniversary of the 1989 Loma Prieta Earthquake, Coastside CERT holds our Great Coastside ShakeOut on a Saturday so more residents can participate.
