⛈️Weather Update - October 24th - 27th, 2025

We're tracking a small storm that will bring a quick burst of rain, but the main threat is the gusty wind that will bring the storm in and follow it out.

The key concern with early storms is falling branches.🌳

• Falling branches, from small twigs to large limbs.

• The potential for an isolated downed tree, especially any that are already weakened by disease or rot.

• Power outages, likely caused by branches hitting lines.

• Debris on roads and clogged storm drains.

How to Prepare Now:

• Secure your yard: Tie down or bring in patio furniture, umbrellas, and trash cans that could blow away.

• Clear your drains: Rake leaves and debris away from gutters and storm drains.

• Prepare for outages: Charge your phones and power banks, and have flashlights ready.

• Be cautious: Avoid parking under large trees and stay aware of your surroundings, particularly during the strongest gusts.
